Tinley Park Woman Critically Injured After Drunken Driver 'T-Bones' Car: Police
A drunken Homer Glen man ran a red light at the intersection of 159th Street and Harlem Avenue, police said.

A Homer Glen man blew through a red light and T-boned a Dodge Neon, seriously injuring the Tinley Park woman driving it, police said.
David McFadden, 21, was charged with aggravated driving under the influence, disobeying a traffic control device and failing to reduce speed to avoid a crash.
McFadden ran his Lexus SUV into the Neon shortly after 2:30 a.m. Sunday, police said.
“The force of the impact caused the Dodge Neon to pushed into the parking lot of the Portillo’s restaurant south and west of the intersection,” according to police who also said, “Both vehicles suffered significant damage.”

The 32-year-old woman driving the Neon was “trapped in the vehicle and needed to be extricated by fire department personnel,” police said. She “suffered significant injuries and was transported by ambulance to Advocate Christ Hospital where she remains in critical condition.”
The woman was driving home from work at the time of the crash, police said.
