HR Green picked by Shorewood for plan review and inspection services
HR Green is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract to provide plan review and inspection services to the Village of Shorewood.
HR Green is pleased to announce it has been awarded a contract to provide plan review and inspection services to the Village of Shorewood, Illinois.
HR Green will provide site and building plan review and inspection services for large residential and commercial developments, and those that the current village inspector doesn’t yet have the qualifications for, including plumbing. The village averages 500 inspections a month according to city officials.
Frank Urbina will be the assigned Project Manager for the Village. As a Licensed Architect and Chief Building Official for HR Green, his education and experience allow Frank to successfully analyze and oversee building projects for safety, energy efficiency, accessibility and code compliance form foundation through final occupancy. Frank is also able to give his professional suggestions for possible amendments based on the needs and goals of a community.
