At Mucci World Ceramics, Arts Crafts Studio &amp; Marketplace, our mission has always been simple — to bring people together through creativity, joy, and meaningful connection. For over a decade, families, schools, and community groups have come here to create memories, celebrate milestones, and find peace through art. Thanks to Community Support, just a few weeks ago, we were preparing to close our doors on December 23. It was a difficult decision after pouring our hearts into building a creative space for families, children, artists, and neighbors to gather, create, and connect. But something beautiful happened. Our community showed up. Through encouragement, continued bookings, kind words, and steady support, we were reminded why Mucci World exists in the first place — not just as a business, but as a place of joy, creativity, and togetherness. Because of you, we are staying open. Mucci World has always been about more than pottery and paint. It’s a peaceful, creative sanctuary where people of all ages can slow down, unplug, and make lasting memories. From pottery and painting classes to birthday parties, vendor markets, homeschool programs, and special events, this space has become a home for creativity for everyone. Small businesses survive because of communities. Every class registration, every event booking, every share on social media, every encouraging word — it all matters more than people realize. We are deeply grateful to everyone who has supported us, prayed for us, booked events, brought their children, and believed in what we’re building. This next season is about growth, gratitude, and continuing to serve our community with excellence. We’re not closing. We’re just getting started. Family-friendly opportunity to enjoy quality live music in a beautiful park setting
 – Goold Park in Morris, Illinois will again be the&nbsp;location for this year’s Gebhard Woods Dulcimer and Traditional Music&nbsp;Festival on June 13 &amp; 14, featuring hourly performances and&nbsp;workshops from 10:00 am. until 6:00 pm. both days.






Performances&nbsp;feature both hammered dulcimer and mountain dulcimer and other&nbsp;traditional instruments in a wide variety of musical styles, including&nbsp;contemporary, old-time, bluegrass, jazz, blues and more.



The festival also features:More than 50 workshops (all levels) led by instructors in hammered andmountain dulcimer, harp, guitar, ukulele, and related musical topics • Open stage signups for those wishing to share their musical talents • Master instrument builders and related vendors • Supervised activities for children • Scheduled open jam sessions on site • Food and beverages available
