Man Accused of Posting Nude Photos of Ex-Girlfriend on Facebook After Nasty Breakup
Assistant public defender tells judge that ex-flame also posted nude pics of man on Facebook.

A Manhattan man was charged with posting nude photos of his ex-girlfriend to her Facebook page, prosecutors said in court Thursday.
Christian Miller, 19, appeared before Cook County Judge Peter Felice on a charge of dissemination of private sexual images.
According to the charges, the photos were taken privately during a dating relationship between Miller and an 18-year-old Tinley Park woman.

When the relationship ended, prosecutors said that Miller allegedly posted two “fully nude” photos on Facebook and tagged them, enabling her friends to see the once-private images.
“Presuming he’s innocent I find that disgusting,” Felice said.

The assistant public defender told the judge prior to nude photos that the defendant is accused of posting on Facebook, his ex-flame posted sexual images of the defendant on her Facebook page.
“These are youngsters of the Internet age,” the assistant public defender said. “It was a nasty breakup.”
“I find that equally disgusting if it’s true,” Judge Felice said.
The judge set Miller’s bail at $10,000 with conditions. He is not to contact the woman and is to refrain from using social media for the duration of the proceeding. A court order of protection has also been issued.
Miller’s next court appearance is November 19 in Bridgeview.
