Ninth Annual NCAA Women’s Crusader Classic Bowling Tournament
is Coming Back to Richton Park

What: Rolling back into town is the ninth annual Crusader Classic Bowling Tournament being held at the Lakewood Bowl & Grill in Richton Park for the second year, February 9 – 11, 2018.

The 14-team tournament will see players from top schools compete in this NCAA sanctioned women’s tournament hosted by Valparaiso University. Shon Washington, Head Women's Bowling Coach for Valparaiso University stated, “The opportunity to host the top teams in the nation at a great facility in the Chicago Southland will provide terrific exposure for our bowling program, while providing a wonderful opportunity for student-athletes from across the country to compete at a high level.”

“We welcome families, friends and bowling enthusiasts from near and far to our region,” said Jim Garrett, President / CEO for the Chicago Southland Convention & Visitors Bureau. “This tournament is an excellent example of women’s athletics at its best, and we are very proud to host them.”

Visual: The best women’s collegiate bowlers showcasing their skills for on-air personalities. Demonstrations and tips between the talent and collegiate bowlers are possible.
