The Tinley Park Public Library will host Mix It Up on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 7 pm. We’re taking it out of the library and hosting new programs for millennials at Parmesans Station (the restaurant/bar located in the 80th Avenue Metra Train Station.) Meet up with your friends, grab a drink and some food if you want, and hang around for some fun. The theme for April is Small Space/ Green Space Gardening. Lean into green living by mixing DIY ingenuity with homespun practicality to create a garden that will thrive in your backyard or on your balcony. Prairie Godmothers’ Jackie Riffice has all the right tips to get you going. Attendees may enter for a chance to win a personal garden consultation from Jackie.
