New Hotel Breaks Ground In Tinley Park

TINLEY PARK, IL - A new hotel broke ground in Tinley Park recently. WoodSpring Hotels has partnered with Holladay Properties to construct a new, four-story hotel near the intersection of Interstate 80 and Harlem Avenue, according to a press release posted on HotelBusiness.com.

The new hotel, which has a planned February 2018 opening, will include 123 suites with in-room kitchens, free high-speed internet guest laundry and a fitness room.

The hotel project is the third between WoodSpring and Holladay in the Chicago suburbs. Other locations opened last year in Darien and Romeoville.

“The WoodSpring Hotels team has exceeded our expectations from pre-planning to opening and operating our two locations in 2016 in Romeoville and Darien,” said Tim Healy, SVP and partner at Holladay Properties. “Our appetite remains robust as we continue our strategic expansion of Holladay’s hotel portfolio now in Tinley Park and elsewhere throughout Chicagoland.”
