Orland Hills, 36, Man Charged With Trespassing After Found Inside Daycare In Early Morning: Tinley Park PD
He was seen inside the business before 6 a.m. Tuesday, and fled before police arrived, officials said. A drone helped find him.

TINLEY PARK, IL — An Orland Hills man on Tuesday was charged with criminal trespass after an employee found him inside the 80th Avenue Kindercare at 7965 W. 175th St. inl Tinley Park that same morning.
Police arrived at 5:46 a.m. in response to a report of an unknown man inside the business. The employee said the man, who fled before police arrived, matched the description of a person previously involved in a criminal trespass at the same location on Feb. 15, according to police.
Tinley Park officers quickly established a perimeter and began searching the surrounding area. Police also deployed a department drone, which officials said played a key role in locating the suspect a short time later near the 7800 block of Bristol Park Drive.

The man, James D. Viggiani, 36, was positively identified by a witness as the same person who had been inside the business earlier. Police took Viggiani into custody without incident and checked Kindercare for damage or missing property. None was identified, police said.
Viggiani was charged with criminal trespass and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police transported him to the Bridgeview Courthouse pending a bond hearing for this incident and for violating pre-trial release conditions related to the prior trespass case.
