Area pizza places will face off in a scrimmage of the slices to raise money for the Tinley Park Jaycees.
The pizza taste-off competition will take place Thursday April 16 at 5:30 p.m., at the Tinley Park VFW, 17147 Oak Park Ave.
Tickets are $8 for individuals 12 years and older, $5 for kids 6 to 12 years old, and kids 5 and under free. Each will taste every pizza, served on a numbered plate. They vote for the plate they prefer most. Tickets will be sold online, to avoid last year’s long lines.
