Police Helicopters Called In For Suspect Search in Tinley Park
The suspect fled Markham police before being stopped in Tinley Park, said officials.
TINLEY PARK, IL — Police activity and a helicopter search in Tinley Park on Saturday evening ended with a suspect being arrested, officials said.
According to Tinley Park Public Safety, the unnamed suspect "fled the scene in Markham" and was stopped in the area of 159th and Harlem. Officers took the person into custody and transported them back to Markham; police did not say what the suspect has been charged with.
Officials posted an update shortly before 8 p.m. Saturday.
