Teen Caught On Camera Pouring Hand Soap Into Fountain: Police
The Tinley Park Plaza Fountain was filled with bubbles on Monday. Surveillance footage led police to the culprit.
TINLEY PARK, IL — A minor was issued an ordinance citation for disorderly conduct Monday, after he was seen on surveillance footage pouring hand soap into the Tinley Park Plaza Fountain on Oak Park Avenue.
Police were able to pull the footage, and gathered a license plate, Deputy Chief Larry Rafferty told Patch. Officers contacted a local high school Monday and located the offender.
He has a pending court date at the Tinley Park Police Department next month, Rafferty said.

Police do not have an estimate of any damage done to the fountain.
