Tinley Park Rocktoberfest Set to Rock Oak Park Avenue
Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce announces its' newest event, Rocktoberfest, set for October 16–18 at 17600 Oak Park Ave.
Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce announces its newest event, Rocktoberfest, set for October 16–18. The fest will be held at Bettenhausen Fiat, 17600 Oak Park Avenue in Tinley Park and will include live bands, beer, food and games.
The three-day autumn festival will rock Oak Park Avenue. Attendees will enjoy music from some of the top bands in the Chicagoland area, cold domestic and specialty beers, food from Ed and Joes, Salinas, Siam Mariana and Shea’s Bakery, and more.

- Polka Generations, 1 to 3 p.m.
- And Beyond, 3 to 6 p.m.
In addition, attendees can try their luck at beer pong and bean bags.
“The Chamber of Commerce is excited to deliver another great event to Tinley Park,” states Bob Haustein, Director of the Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce. “We anticipate at 100’s of people to attend the three-day event. We feel that Tinley Park needs a Fall Event to bring people out before the Winter and a Spring Event for cabin fever, which is the Brew and Vine Fest, scheduled for April 9, 2016”, Haustein says.
The dates and times of the event are 6 to 11 p.m. Friday, October 16, 12 to 11 p.m. Saturday, October 17, and 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18.
Admission at the gate is $5 on Friday and Sunday, and $10 on Saturday per availability. In addition, to secure admission, special weekend passes can be purchased online. General Admission Weekend Pass includes admission into fest for all 3 days and the cost is $20. VIP Weekend Passes include admission into the fest for all three days with preferred VIP seating on either side of the stage and a personal drink vendor. The cost for the VIP Weekend Pass is $40. VIP and General Admission Weekend Passes can be purchased on line at www.tinleyparkrocktoberfest.com.
