Village Tells Dunkin' Donuts It's Time to Make a New Shop
The Algonquin Village board gave initial approval for the doughnut chain to build a location with a drive-through on Algonquin Road.
Dunkin’ Donuts got the initial go-ahead Tuesday for a new store in Algonquin from the Village Board, according to a First Electric Newspaper report.
During their committee of the whole meeting, board members recommended the approval of the doughnut shop chain’s new proposed 2,000-square-foot location at 1319 E. Algonquin Road, the report stated. The board’s initial approval also gives the OK the company’s request for the store to have drive-through window, the report added.

Currently, there are Dunkin’ Donuts shops in Crystal Lake, Cary and Lake in the Hills.
