'Vogtoberfest' At Banging Gavel Kicks Off

TINLEY PARK, IL — A week ahead of Tinley Park's Oktoberfestcelebration, Banging Gavel Brewing is hosting its very own version—Vogtoberfest—at the downtown Tinley Park beer garden, 17400 Oak Park Ave.

Named after the building the brewery is renovating to become its new home, the event will be held Sept. 9–11, and will feature live music each night. Customers are invited to put on their lederhosen and enjoy fresh brews in the beer garden.

Live music starts at 7 p.m. Friday, with Matt Zach & Tom. Saturday's music will be across the train tracks at Music in the Plaza, with American Pie Chicago at 7 p.m. Sunday at 5:30, live music by Whiskey & Harmony.
