What One School's Cheerleaders Said to Another's
A touching gesture from Richards High School's cheerleaders to Lincoln-Way North.

Their shouts went out for opposing teams, but their hearts were in the same place.
Lincoln-Way North High School took to the field August 29 for what would be its last home opener, a non-conference matchup against Richards High School. LWN will close at the end of the year as a cost-saving measure for Lincoln-Way District 210.
The Richards Bulldog cheerleaders presented the Phoenix with a picture frame, empty except for a note:
