Woman Charged With Prostitution After Undercover Operation At Spa: PD
A worker at a massage parlor in Tinley Park offered to perform a sex act on an undercover officer, police said Friday.
TINLEY PARK, IL — A Chicago woman faces a prostitution charge after offering to perform a sex act on an undercover officer at a local business, Tinley Park police said Friday.
Xiuzhen Zheng, 55, was charged with prostitution after she offered to perform the act on an undercover police officer during an investigation July 28 at Happy Feet Massage Spa, 17129 S. 88th Ave., Tinley Park.
During the investigation, which was conducted by Tinley Park detectives and the Cook County Sheriff's Police Department’s Vice Unit to determine if complaints of prostitution at the location were valid, the undercover officer entered the store and asked Zheng for a massage.

Once in a private room, police said Zheng offered to perform a sexual act on the officer for an additional $60. The officer then gave the signal to the marked police units that were stationed outside of the business to enter, and Zheng was arrested.
The Village has closed the business.

Zheng will appear at Bridgeview Courthouse on July 29.
