Governors State University offers a program to help you hire or upskill employees to become trained Community Health Workers (CHW).
A Community Health Worker (CHW) is a frontline public health professional who acts as a bridge between communities and health or social service systems. Apprenticeships let employers develop skilled talent by combining on-the-job work with classroom learning, creating a productive and loyal workforce.
