The bank said it has a master key and all customers have their own sets of keys, according to the report. It takes both sets of keys at the same time to open a box.
The bank told police it would take a few days to retrieve a box's sign-in records, the report said.
The woman also has a smaller safe deposit box at the bank. She said the keys for that box were somewhere in her house, but it would take some time to find them, according to the report.
The bank has no cameras for the vault with the boxes, with the only cameras inside the bank near the tellers, according to the report.
