It's grilling season, and Western Springs restaurant Vie is celebrating by hosting a week-long grill out extravaganza: BBQ Week. The popular event hosted by Chef Paul Virant is running for its fourth year in a row, and it's always a great time. The three course meal includes selections like cornbread panzanella and smoked pulled pork with fried green tomatoes. BBQ Week runs from July 14th through the 20th, and tickets are $55 per person.
