BEDS Plus Plans Building in La Grange to Help Battle Homelessness
The La Grange Plan Commission will hear plans for the building Feb. 10.

BEDS Plus has developed plans for a new building for the non-profit’s offices, day program and housing.
The La Grange Plan Commission will consider approving construction of the three-story mixed use building, to be located at 9601 W. Ogden Avenue, at the Feb. 10. meeting, according to the agenda.
The Doings La Grange reported the new facility will not replace the seven churches where BEDS Plus currently offers emergency overnight shelter, but it will provide for the relocation of the BEDS Plus offices and its day program, as well as 20 units of supported housing.
