According to the charges, on September 25, Beesley-Androvic and McCann entered McCann’s neighbor’s house through an unlocked door in the 3800 block of Grand Avenue in Western Springs.

The were captured on home security video going through the house and helping themselves to their neighbor’s property, prosecutors said.

The neighbor, whose backyard faces McCann’s, identified him on the security video, prosecutors said.

Police executed search warrants at McCann’s and Beesley-Androvic’s residence, where the stolen property was recovered, according to the complaint.

Prosecutors said that police found a bottle of Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey at McCann’s house; clothing and a ring appraised at $52,000 were found in Beesley-Androvic’s home.

McCann and Beesley-Androvic allegedly submitted written admissions that they stole items from the neighbor’s house.

Prosecutors said that McCann and Beesley-Androvic have no prior criminal background. Beesley-Androvic lists her occupation as a fitness instructor on her LinkedIn profile.

The assistant public defender told the judge that Beesley-Androvic is in the middle of the divorce and cares for a school-aged child. McCann is also divorced and has custody of two school-aged children.

“I’m sure she’s a wreck after you invaded her security, not saying that you did it,” Judge Felice said.

Bail for both was set at $50,000. McCann and Beesley-Androvic were also ordered to be on home confinement, submit to urine drops and to have no contact with the neighbor.

“Don’t go near her,” Judge Felice said. “If you see her in the street you turn around.”

McCann and Beesley-Androvic are due back in court on Oct. 26.
