D105 Open Jan. 7 while Others Around La Grange Closed

As temperatures plummet and the wind picks up, area schools are announcing plans to close Wednesday, Jan. 7. Here’s what’s closed so far as of Tuesday evening. We’ll update the list as more information becomes available. Did we miss news on your child’s school?

A few schools have not announced that they will close, including La Grange School District 105.

“At this time, we are planning for regular school schedules, but we will open our buildings at 7:15 AM to accommodate families who may have to make special drop off arrangements due to the cold weather. We have been in contact with our bus company and we expect buses to run as scheduled,” the D105 website states.
