Damaged ATM, Stolen Bike: Western Springs Cops

Someone damaged an ATM last week at a local bank, police said.

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL – Western Springs police released their latest blotter Wednesday. Here is information from the reports:

  • Someone damaged the drive-up ATM touch screen at BMO Harris Bank, 4475 Grand Avenue. The damage, estimated at $500, was reported Aug. 31.
  • A bicycle was reported stolen from a front lawn Sept. 2 in the 100 block of Diercks Drive. It was valued at $600.
  • A 22-year-old woman from Chicago was cited about 7:30 a.m. Aug. 30 at 55th Street and Interstate 294 on charges of driving with a suspended license, driving an uninsured car and driving with an expired registration. She was released on bond.
  • A 46-year-old woman from Hazel Crest was cited about 10:30 a.m. Aug. 30 at Ogden Avenue and Wolf Road on charges of driving with a suspended license and driving with an expired registration. She was released on bond.
  • A 26-year-old man from Chicago was cited about 10:30 p.m. Saturday on charges of driving on a suspended license, driving an uninsured car and improper lane usage. He was released on bond.
