Decade of Car Shows At Westbrook Commons Comes To an End

Paul's Pizza cites the demand for parking as the reason the summer car shows can't continue.

Paul’s Pizza and Hot Dogs at Westbrook Commons in Westchester has announced it will no longer host its regular Monday night summer car shows.

The business cites the prosperity of Westbrook Commons and a high demand for parking as the reason the events can’t continue.

“For the past ten years the patrons of the Westbrook Commons have been faithfully supporting our plaza and Paul’s Pizza each and every Monday night, summer after summer,” Paul’s Pizza posted on its website. “We have enjoyed great live entertainment, extraordinary vintage vehicles and good friends.”

Paul Gattuso, owner of Paul’s Pizza and Hot Dogs, told the Chicago Tribune he hopes to come up with some other kind of event.
