We'll cover nutrition - before, during and after the race, clothing and weather, race morning checklists, the mental game - in the days before as well as during the race, and other information that will help you make your hours of training pay off the in the best race possible. We will also open the floor to a Q and A so everyone leaves feeling ready to race.
