The Chicago Music Scene: 1960s and 1970s

Bass player Dean Milano recalls the rich music scene of 1960s and 1970s Chicago. He includes Folk and Acoustic; Blues, R&B, and Soul; Country and Bluegrass; Jazz and Big Band; and Rock, Pop, and Show Bands accounts into his presentation.  He is the author of The Chicago Music Scene:1960s and 1970 which focuses on the city of Chicago (along with its suburban club scene) and the homegrown performers who made the 1960s and 1970s one of the most electrifying and memorable periods in music history.
