On Tuesday, July 31, chef Paul Virant will bring together five guest chefs at Vie for the Old Standby Beer Dinner. Beginning at 5 p.m., the five-course dinner with beer pairings will include chefs Johnny Anderes of Telegraph, Paul Fehribach of Big Jones, Leonard Hollander of Marion Street Cheese Market, Justin Large of Big Star and Jared Wentworth of Longman and Eagle. Each chef will be in charge of one course inspired by his favorite standby beer. The cost to attend is $85 per person, which includes beer pairings. Tax and gratuity are additional.
