Fence Damage, Disorderly Conduct: Western Springs Cops
A man is arrested after damaging a fence in a local neighborhood, police said.

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL – Western Springs police released their latest blotter Monday. Here is information from the reports:
Fence damage
- A fence was damaged overnight March 26 on the north side of the Garden Market in the 4700 block of Gilbert Avenue. The damage was estimated at $3,000.
- Conor R. Paris, 18, of River Forest, was cited about 2:30 a.m. March 27 on charges of criminal damage to property and being a minor in possession of alcohol. He was released to a parent. According to a police report, officers received a complaint about a person, later identified as Paris, damaging a fence near Maple Street and Central Avenue. Paris, who appeared intoxicated, refused to take a breath test, police said.
Disorderly conduct

- Police received a complaint that a man urinated Friday on the playground at Sereda Park. The incident was labeled disorderly conduct.
Driving violations
- Kathleen R. Caithamer, 23, of La Grange Highlands, was cited about 1:30 p.m. Friday at Forest and Ogden avenues on charges of driving a motor vehicle with registration suspended for non-insurance, driving an uninsured vehicle and speeding. She was released on bond.
