Forest View Seeking Applicants for Part-Time Police Officer

The Forest View Police Department is looking for a part-time police officer who can be available for all shifts, especially midnight shifts.

The starting salary is $20.90 an hour, according to the office of Rep. Kelly Burke. The application deadline is Sept. 30.

Qualifications:

• Illinois certification a must
• Retired officers will be considered
• Valid Illinois driver’s license
• Must pass background check
• No criminal history
