Sing-A-Long With 'Grease,' Hairbrush Optional

Let's hear it for Rydell High at Theatre of Western Springs' "Grease" sing-a-long.

How many of us have had a moment--hairbrush in hand, a towel substituting for long, luxurious hair--when we've looked into the bathroom mirror and belted out a truly amazing vocal performance? A performance worthy of a Grammy or an Oscar or a Tony. Maybe you should really win an EGOT, but sadly no one got to hear your amazing voice or see your memorable performance.

Don't despair! Whether you're a teenager or a teenager at heart, you'll be able to belt out some songs like nobody's business at the Grease Sing-a-long at the Theatre of Western Springs this weekend! No one's going to look at you funny or shush you--you're SUPPOSED to sing-a-long at this movie. You don't even have to know the words by heart--they'll be up on the screen with Danny, Sandy, Rizzo, and the rest of the gang.

You might not win an award for your performance, but you can count on having a great time!

The show starts at 8 p.m. April 12 at TWS, 4284 Hampton Dr., Western Springs. Fancy dress and greaser attire strongly encouraged.
