How did the business come to be?

I had an idea and decided to plug away at building a community around it.

Why did you choose the area you did?Β 

La Grange has lots of great people, is close to the city, has a wonderful library, is very affordable and getting more and more progressive with each year.

What does your business offer?

Healthy Dining Chicago offers bite-sized, easy-to-digest morsels of practical information, valuable resources to help health-minded consumers make informed food choices that foster personal wellness, conservation & animal compassion.

Our resources include a Restaurant Go Guide, a book entitled 100 Simple Ways to Eat Well for Less, local tours and dine-outs, healthy cooking classes, a weekly e-newsletter and fast-n-easy recipes for home cooks who like to eat well but want out of the kitchen fast!Β

We're a "little engine that could" all-volunteer community education and outreach effort.Β
