Hinsdale Orchestra Announces Youth Solo Contest

The West Suburban Symphony Orchestra is now accepting applications from young musicians to compete for a $500 prize and the opportunity to perform with the orchestra in April 2017. The competition, now in its 70th year, is open to high-school-age string, brass, woodwind and vocal musicians. The winner will perform at the orchestra’s April 30, 2017, concert at Hinsdale Central High School.
