Identity Theft, Suspended License: Western Springs Cops
Two residents told village police that their identities were stolen.

WESTERN SPRING, IL – Western Springs police produced three reports of crime in the last week:
Here is information from the reports:
- A resident in the 5000 block of Howard Avenue told police Nov. 27 that someone fraudulently used her information to open a T-Mobile account.
- A resident in the 1300 block of Walker Street told police Nov. 29 that someone fraudulently used his information to file an unemployment claim with the state Department of Employment Services.
- Edward L. Sturdivant, 40, of Chicago, was arrested about 9:30 p.m. Nov. 30 at Ogden Avenue and Interstate 294 on charges of driving with a suspended license and driving with an expired registration. He was released on bond.
Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and people charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
