Join Us for a Christmas Pageant and Christmas Eve Worship

It has been a busy and exciting Advent season at the Presbyterian Church of Western Springs.  We hosted an Advent Fair where children of all ages could make beautiful Christmas crafts.  Gingerbread houses, ornaments, amazing tabletop angels, snowmen…you name it, they made it!  Members enjoyed the annual Cookie Walk…what’s not to like about filling a bakery box to the brim with delicious homemade cookies to enjoy at home?  Our Alternative Giving Fair offered the opportunity to purchase Christmas gifts in support for our mission partners.  We’ve gone caroling, enjoyed the beautiful music of many talented PCWS musicians, and welcomed a new associate pastor (much more on that important and exciting news soon).

This Sunday, December 22, you are invited to join us for our annual Christmas Pageant.  The Christmas Pageant will be presented at 5:00pm and is open to the whole community.  Our children and youth really love participating in the Pageant every year and it’s a special way to share the Christmas story.  Join us for the Pageant and stay for the birthday party for Jesus afterwards.  Pizza and birthday cake will be served.  No rsvps needed; just come this Sunday at 5:00pm and enjoy the show with your family.

You are also invited to join us for Christmas Eve Worship.  We will be holding 2 services on December 24, one at 5:00pm and one at 11:00pm.
