Kennedy Gardening Program: Gardens of Holland
Monday, May 4, 7 PM at Thomas Ford Memorial Library

Come join Linda Oyama Bryan, a professional garden photographer, on a tour of the Keukenhof, also known as The Garden of Europe, where seven million bulbs are planted annually, and the grounds of Het Loo Palace, built for King William III and Mary II of England. We will also stop at the Aalsmeer Flower Auction for a “behind the scenes” visit. Dutch design has a long reach into all parts of the world, including the Lurie Garden in Chicago’s Millennium Park. This is a travelogue sure to inspire! 7-8:30 PM, Monday, May 4, Thomas Ford memorial Library, 800 Chestnut St., Western Springs. Register or get more info for this and other programs by visiting fordlibrary.org or calling 708-246-0520.
