La Grange Man Arrested In Western Springs: Cops
He had multiple warrants and was taken to the DuPage County Jail, police said.

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL – Western Springs police released their latest blotter Monday. Here is information from the reports:
Warrants
- Andrew J. McCarthy, 22, of La Grange, was arrested about 11 p.m. July 17 at Ogden and Howard avenues on multiple DuPage County warrants. He was stopped for an expired registration. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
Damage

- Several boards on a fence were damaged overnight Wednesday in the 5500 block of Grand Avenue. The damage was estimated at $50.
Traffic violations
- A 24-year-old man from Harvey was cited about 1:30 a.m. Wednesday on charges of no valid driver's license and no front license plate.
- A 24-year-old man from Aurora was cited about 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Ogden Avenue and Wolf Road on charges of possession of less than 10 grams of marijuana and improper display of license plates.
