Laugh Lines at the Library

Summer Reading Programs are for everyone!

"Outside of a dog, a book is man's best friend. Inside of a dog, it's too dark to read," joked Groucho Marx.

The Thomas Ford Library is using this quip to promote its Adult Summer Reading Program, "Laugh Lines." Sign-up is quick and easy at the Library or online and participating is one more way to enjoy summer in Western Springs. Everyone has a chance to win drawings for fabulous prizes, including gift cards for local restaurants, Western Springs Business Dollars to spend around town, and tickets to Chicagoland comedy clubs, and everyone who finishes the program gets a handsome Library coffee mug.

Of course there are also programs for children and teens! For info on all programs, contact Thomas Ford Memorial Library, 800 Chestnut St., Western Springs, IL 60558 (708) 246-0520 fordlibrary.org
