Lyons Township High School presents Game of Tiaras by Don Zolidis with performances November 8 and November 10 at 7pm and November 9 at 3:30pm in the South Campus Performing Arts Center, 4900 S. Willow Springs Rd., Western Springs. Faculty member Kirsten Manthei is the director, and junior Ben Smiley, of Western Springs, and junior Mae Wolcott, of LaGrange, are the assistant directors. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children/senior citizens. LT students are $5 with school ID. Tickets may be purchased in the box office, which opens one hour before the show. The theater opens 30 minutes before the performance and the show starts promptly.
Game of Tiaras is a hilarious play that parodies Disney, Shakespeare, and Game of Thrones- it’s Snow White meets Jon Snow. The play tells the story of all of our favorite princesses as they fight for their father’s love, and control of his kingdom. There’s love, lies, and even murder in this fractured fairy tale. Come see if your favorite character wins in the end- or even survives until the end!
