LTHS Competitive Cheerleading FUNDrive

Community members are invited to donate gently used clothing and household items at the Lyons Township High School Competitive Cheerleading Program Donation FUNDrive scheduled for July 15, 9am – 1pm at LT’s South Campus parking lot, 4900 S. Willow Springs Rd., Western Springs.

The goal is to raise $6,000 to support the LTHS Competitive Cheerleading team for new uniforms and equipment for their upcoming season. Acceptable donations include clothing, shoes, accessories, linens, books, and small household items (no furniture).

“We are very excited to be starting the second year of our program. Events like the FUNDrive will help us raise the needed funds to purchase things for this new program,” says LTHS Cheerleading Head Coach Demi Korpan.

All goods collected through the donation drive fundraiser program are sold to Savers, the parent company to thrift stores. They pay by the pound for every qualifying donation received. In turn, these items help keep their stores stocked.
