LTHS to host senior citizen prom

Saturday, May 9th from 2:00-4:30pm at the South Campus Corral

Area senior citizens, it’s time to dust off your dancing shoes and don your party attire. Seniors are invited to listen and dance to Big Band music at the annual Seniors Citizen Prom. Hosted by Lyons Township High School Student Council members, the prom is scheduled for Saturday, May 9, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Corral, 4940 S. Willow Springs Rd., Western Springs. This is an open invitation for all senior citizens to come enjoy the day to the sound of the Jay Witcher Orchestra. Students will serve as hosts for the day while seniors dance, socialize, reminisce, and enjoy the complimentary refreshments provided by the Student Council.
