LTHS student film fest winners announced

Winners of the Lyons Township High School student film fest were recently announced. The 7th annual event, M.A.N.E., the Media Arts Night of Entertainment, screened 47 entries in five different categories. One student in each category was declared a winner by judges, who included industry professionals as well as LT alumni who work in film, animation, and television. The festival was held earlier this month at the South Campus Performing Arts Center and included short films and animations from LT students in the categories of animation, comedy, drama, experimental and documentary.

Daniel Dinh, Senior (Brookfield) - Computer Animation: “A Newfound Power”
Evan Lilly , Junior (LaGrange Park) -Drama: “We Are Legends”
Isabel Manske, Senior (LaGrange Park) - Documentary: “Fanfares and Carols”
Will Wiora, Senior (LaGrange Park) - Comedy: “Shopping Carts”
