Lyons Township High School LTTV television students competed in the 22nd Annual Chicagoland High School Video Festival, earning one first place award, two second place awards and one third place award. LTTV staffers also brought home seven gold awards, 10 silver awards and 10 bronze awards. Freshman Paul Moorehouse was the top award winner, with a first place award and two silver awards. LTTV advisor Bill Allan says, “Paul’s involvement in LTTV is unique. He’s close to breaking the record for participating in the most shoots for a single year. From day one, he’s participated and has come to know the ins and outs of each crew position. He’s been able to advance his skills and his position on shoots, even directing at such a young age. His victory as the festival will mean great things for LTTV.”
