Lyons Township Soccer Club brings hime the silverware

LTSC teams have performed exceptionally well in recent weeks showing that good coaching will help create success. Throughout recent tournaments it has been clear that LTSC teams try and play the game in the right way versus teams who are not well coached. Playing the right way can be a slow process but success will eventually shine through.

LTSC has had 5 Champions at tournaments over the past two weeks and this, again, proves that LTSC remains the number one club for developing players in the community.

Hawks Cup

BU7 Travel go undefeated as they beat Bolingbrook Raiders 2-1 in the Championship game. The boys were fantastic all weekend showing off their skills and having fun while doing it. Great work boys and Coach Matt.

Wheaton Wings Spring Classic

GU8 Travel White defeated our G8 Travel Blue in the Championship. Both teams performed well all weekend and it was great to see the girls play each other in the Championship. Great job girls!

GU10 Premier beat Tinley Park Bobcats 4-2 in the Final as they went undefeated for the weekend. After coming back from a goal down, the girls (cheered on by our U8 girls and parents) played effectively and scored some great goals to win the tournament. Congratulations girls!

All three teams are coached by Coach Angus. Good work Angus.

GU11 Select beat Bartlett 4-2 and Hoffman United 2-1 but just fell short in the Championship game losing 2-1 to Synergy. Great effort girls.

Illinois Fusion Spring Shootout

BU12 Select beat FC Peoria 1-0 in the Championship game at the Illinois Fusion tournament down in Bloomington. The team is coached by Coach Dan. Great work guys!

BU14 Select scored 10 goals and only conceding 2 as they went undefeated and won the tournament. Great job boys and Chris.
