WESTERN SPRINGS, IL – Western Springs police have released their latest blotter. Here is information from the latest reports:

Damage

  • A Western Springs man who lives in the 4400 block of Central Avenue was arrested about 10 p.m. Saturday on a charge of criminal property damage. Officers said they were called about a man with a knife damaging a car.

  • A man told police that someone stole his iPhone while he was sleeping near the Metra train station, 914 Burlington Ave. The phone was valued at $800. The report was made about 3 p.m. July 22.
