McAuley Alumnae Invited To 'MacFit' At Western Springs Treadfit

WESTERN SPRINGS, IL -- Mother McAuley alumnae living in the western suburbs are invited to get in their workout with fellow Mighty Macs during a special session at the new Treadfit in Western Springs, owned by alumna Jenny Dunne Harkins ‘92. The workout for McAuley alumnae is set to start at 6:30 p.m. April 10 followed by refreshments at 7:30 p.m.

Treadfit is an innovative fitness facility that provides customized workouts from certified trainers. Each class improves your overall fitness level using interval training on the treadmill, coupled with full-body strength training. At Treadfit, no class is ever the same. Treadfit in Chicago’s Beverly neighborhood has been wildly successful.

The new Western Springs Treadfit is located at 4700 Gilbert Ave., Unit 22. There is no cost to attend this special private session for McAuley alumnae, but space is limited to 30 individuals so sign up soon. Register online at Mother McAuley.
