Meet Local Health Experts at the 2014 Family Wellness Expo

The La Grange Business Association Wellness Exchange presents the 2014 Family Wellness Expo on Saturday, Oct. 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the La Grange Village Hall Auditorium.

The first 250 guests will receive a free goodie bag, according to the La Grange Business Association website.

Attendees can meet local experts in a number of fields such as fitness, massage, nutrition, chiropractic, acupuncture and training. The event will also include drop in classes for Zumba, yoga and Salsa.

Jennifer Prell of Elderworks is the event’s keynote speaker, and she will give her presentation “Advocating for the Elderly- Finding the Essential Resources.”
