Nazareth Academy Students Named AP Scholars

In May, 2015, 78 Nazareth students took 132 AP exams in 13 different areas. Fifteen of those students earned Advanced Placement Scholar Awards in recognition of their exceptional achievement on AP Exams.

From the Class of 2015:

Charles Swarts (Westchester) was named National AP Scholar by earning an average score of at least 4 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 4 or higher on eight or more of these exams. John Bonaguro (Clarendon Hills), Yicheng Feng (Westchester), Jinyi Huang (Oak Park), Jessika Jackson (La Grange), Julia Saunders (La Grange) and Charles Swarts were named AP Scholars with Distinction by earning an average grade of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and grades of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.

Autumn Biliskov (Chicago), Yuetian Li (Forest Park) and Meghan Sullivan (Stickney) were named AP Scholars with Honor by earning an average grade of at least 3.25 on all AP Exams taken, and grades of 3 or higher on four or more of these exams.

James Haggerty (Lemont), Rebecca Hammond (Berwyn) and Chloe Seegers (Westchester) were named AP Scholars by completing three or more AP Exams with grades of 3 or higher.

From the Class of 2016:

Seniors Cesar DelaCerda (Hillside), Margaret Dolph (Western Springs) and Alexander Ziegler (Berwyn) were named AP Scholars and still have one more year in which to complete college level work and possibly earn a higher level AP Scholar Award.
