Right Fit, La Grange, will host a grand opening featuring raffle prizes, free classes, discounts and Blackhawks nutritionists!
Right Fit Sport Fitness Wellness (Right Fit) will host a public grand opening at its newest center in La Grange, Illinois, 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 15. The new Right Fit center is conveniently located at 1045 S. La Grange Road, La Grange, just north of 55th St. and minutes from downtown La Grange. Everyone who attends the La Grange event will receive one free week of group fitness classes, a fitness evaluation and a $50 credit for personal training for the first 200 attendees (all to be used by Nov. 30, 2015).
Activities during the evening will include healthy cooking demonstrations from a Blackhawks nutritionist, fitness evaluations and an opportunity to learn about the newest trends in exercise. All attendees will be eligible for raffle prizes. Refreshments and healthy snacks will be served.
Right Fit, which also has a fitness facility in Willowbrook, Illinois, offers results-based group fitness classes and personal training. Competitive athletes can benefit from the center’s speed, strength and power training programs for competitive athletes. Right Fit is different than most gyms or fitness centers where members are encouraged to work out on their own with weights and exercise machines. Instead, Right Fit, which caters to all ages, is committed to assessing each client and developing individualized programs to achieve specific goals. Clients can choose one-on-one personal training or small group classes – both led by college-degreed fitness coaches who guide clients through challenging workouts to help them lose weight, gain muscle tone and/or improve their performance in sports and overall mobility. .
