Farm-to-Table Restaurant to Host Wine Dinner with Peirson Meyer Wines

Acclaimed Western Springs restaurant Vie from James Beard-nominated Chef Paul Virant is hosting a wine dinner in partnership with California’s Peirson Meyer Wines. Alan Peirson, who oversees the vineyards of L’Angevin and Peirson Meyer and holds the position as director of viticulture for O’Shaugnessy Winery will be joining for the evening. The event features a reception followed by a four course dinner expertly paired with Peirson Meyer’s artisan wines from the Russian River and Napa Valleys. Seating is limited, so please call 708.246.2082 for reservations. The reception begins at 6:30 pm, and cost is $140 per person, all-inclusive.
