Western Springs Music Club’s Piano Festival and Parrello-Veverka Scholarship Competition was held at Redeemer Lutheran Church today.
Winners of the Competition are: Zachary Lin from Western Springs won 1st Place and Emma Dahl from Brookfield won 2nd Place in the Parrello-Veverka Senior Scholarship competition. In the Junior Scholarship competition Dorothy Peters from LaGrange Park won 1st place, Anja Robbert from LaGrange won 2nd Place, and Natalie Vlcek also from LaGrange won Honorable Mention.
These winners and twenty-one piano students who participated in the Piano Festival will perform at the WSMC’s Honors Recital next Sunday, February 12, 4pm at Redeemer Lutheran Church. Please join us to celebrate their amazing accomplishments.
